The 25th of June each year is the ‘Day of the Seafarer’, this was first celebrated back in 2011.

It enables people to recognise the invaluable contribution seafarers all around the world make to international trade and the economy.

With over 1.5 million seafarers, this day allows us to pay tribute accordingly.

A key aspect to understand is the valiant effort undertaken by everyone, often being away for many months at a time whilst enduring very harsh conditions at sea, not only tough on themselves but also extremely hard for their families.

However, the reality is, without them we would be far less fortunate than we are today.

Therefore, we at Admiral Offshore Limited would like to take this opportunity to send a massive thank you to not only our Seafarers past and present but to all seafarers around the world who continue to put in the hard work to see change and improvements in our day to day lives.
